Mark J. Linder

Mark Linder received a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of Michigan in 1986 and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Boston University in 1989. Mr Linder formed the partnership of Harmon and Linder in 1991. He combined his business and legal knowledge to help build Harmon, Linder and Rogowsky into one of the top personal injury law firms in the Tri-State area. The firm has successfully recovered money on thousands of cases covering areas of automobile accidents, slip/trip and fall, food poisoning, medical malpractice, ceiling collapses and construction accidents. Recently, Mr. Linder has been involved in the implementation of strategy, marketing and litigation initiatives surrounding mass torts against Vioxx, Bextra and Avandia. Moreover, the firm has taken in settlements totaling more than $300 million. Among Mr Linder’s top settlements are cases that he resolved for $4 million, $2 million and $1.5 million. Ira Rogowsky

Ira Rogowsky received a Bachelor of Arts in social sciences from the State Univeristy of New York at Stony Brook in 1991 and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1994. Mr Rogowsky joined the Harmon & Linder partnership in 1997 to create the law firm of Harmon, Linder & Rogowsky.  He combined his legal knowledge and strong business acumen to help build Harmon, Linder & Rogowsky into one of the top personal injury law firms in the Tri-State area. Recently, Mr. Rogowsky has been involved in the implementation of strategy surrounding mass torts against Vioxx, Bextra and Avandia. During Mr. Rogowsky's tenure with Harmon, Linder & Rogowsky, the firm has taken in settlements totaling more than $300 million.  In addition, Mr. Rogowsky specializes in conducting mediations and arbitrations for the firm.  Over the years, he has resolved thousands of cases through these methods and is regarded as one of the top plaintiff arbitration/mediation attorneys in the New York area.  Mr. Rogowsky is also experienced in trial work and knowledgeable about medical problems and terminology related to personal injury accidents.  Mr Rogowsky has settled many multi-million dollar cases over his years of practice. This includes 2 cases he and Mr. Linder resolved for the amounts of $5.5 million and $4.1 million.  His extensive knowledge of the field, sharp negotiation skills, dedication to his clients and kind spirit have made Mr. Rogowksy one of the most well-liked and respected attorneys in the field of personal injury law. Mr. Rogowsky has also performed defense work, including being called on to represent and oversee insurance company lawyers in the protection of their personal assets in large lawsuits against them.

Lisa Turpin

Lisa M. Turpin has been a dedicated member of Harmon, Linder & Rogowsky since 2001, and became a Partner in 2009.  As an associate, Ms. Turpin handled all aspects of personal injury litigation, specifically in Kings County.  As a Partner, Ms. Turpin supervises the associates and the entire support staff, handling all day to day operations.  Ms. Turpin is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, where she obtained a double major in Sociology and Psychology, with a minor in Criminology and Law. She also obtained her Juris Doctorate at Brooklyn Law School. 

Tom Graci

Thomas A. Graci, Esq. joined the law offices of Harmon, Linder and Rogowsky as an associate in 2000. He is a now trial partner within this firm. Mr. Graci is an experienced trial attorney with a proven track record and has tried cases in virtually every venue in lower New York State. He is a graduate of Fordham University and obtained his Juris Doctor from New York Law School and is licensed to practice in the State of New York. In addition to the prosecution of personal injury cases, Mr. Graci also practices in the area of Real Estate, Administrative Law, and advocates pro-bono for debtor rights.



Jennifer R. Snider, Esq.

Jennifer R. Snider was admitted to the bar in 2005 and is licensed to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.  She has been a dedicated associate at the law firm of Harmon, Linder & Rogowsky since 2005. She undertakes all aspects of the firm’s personal injury claims, with a specialty in legal writing.  She heads Harmon, Linder & Rogowsky’s legal writing department, focusing her attention on defending summary judgment motions against her clients on the issue of “serious injury” thresholds under Insurance Law.  Prior to joining this firm, Ms. Snider worked as a legal consultant at two non-profit organizations, The Disability Law Project in Philadelphia and Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania Protection & Advocacy in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.  During those three years, she was a champion of rights for individuals with physical and mental disabilities. Ms. Snider is a graduate of Tulane University and Temple University School of Law.



Michelle Jean-Jacques

Michelle Jean-Jacques is an associate, who has been working at the firm for 11 years.  She was admitted into the New York Bar in 1999. Ms. Jean-Jacques studied law at New York Law School, J.D., and graduated in 1998.  She completed her undergraduate degree at City College of New York, B.A., in 1994, and was summa cum laude.  Her court admissions are within New York State U.S. District Court, Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of New York and she is a member of the New York Bar Association. Ms. Jean-Jacques is fluent in French and Haitian Creole.


Eric Mausolf

Eric Mausolf obtained his undergraduate degree from NYU in 1995 with a B.A., in philosophy. He attended Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2000 and graduated with a Juris Doctorate in 2003. Mr. Mausolf was admitted to the New York Bar in 2004 and began working at Harmon, Linder & Rogowsky in the same year. During Law School, Mr. Mausolf interned at the Federal Aviation Administration and between College and Law School, owned a Custom Audio salon in midtown Manhattan and worked as an Aircraft Electrical Technician. Mr. Mausolf has been an avid cyclist his entire life, spent years as a bicycle messenger and continues to be a dedicated bicycle commuter.



Maya Kogan

Since joining Harmon, Linder & Rogowsky in 2007, Ms. Kogan has zealously and successfully represented the interests of our clients in both the New York State Supreme and New York City Civil courts through all phases of litigation. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and her B.A., from Northeastern University. Ms. Kogan is admitted to practice before the courts of the States of New York and New Jersey and speaks fluent Russian and conversational Spanish.
