Max Sverdlove

Max Sverdlove received his Bachelors degree from The Pennsylvania State University, University Park campus, in 2005 and earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law-Newark in 2015. He is admitted to practice law in both the States of New York and New Jersey.

Mr. Sverdlove has represented individuals in various areas of law, including personal injury, worker’s compensation, asbestos/toxic tort liability, and products liability actions. At Harmon, Linder & Rogowsky, Max is involved with the handling of complex litigation involving general negligence, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, and New York Labor Law (construction) accidents. Max Sverdlove is also heavily involved with the firm’s legal writing department with a focus on summary judgment liability motions and oppositions to various defense motions. Mr. Sverdlove has also had prior experience in defense litigation where he represented various business executives and governmental entities both in New York and New Jersey.

Max is currently a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, The Association of the Bar of the City of New York, New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Essex County Bar Association. He is also a prior member of the Justice Robert L. Clifford Inn of Court.

In addition to his legal accomplishments, Mr. Sverdlove is a classically trained violinist and a business entrepreneur in the area of music and audio/video recording and editing. Prior to entering his legal career, Max released several audio recordings which can be found on various internet retailers.
