Matthew Perticone
Matthew J. Perticone is an attorney who focuses his practice on representing injured workers in construction and workplace accident litigation. He is dedicated to advocating for individuals who have been harmed due to unsafe working conditions and violations of New York’s labor laws.
Matthew earned his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Oneonta (SUNY Oneonta). He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University Maurice A. Deane School of Law, where he was an active member of the law school’s Mock Trial Team. As part of the team, Matthew competed in national mock trial competitions, developing strong courtroom advocacy, trial preparation, and litigation skills.
Matthew was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2022. At the firm, he focuses primarily on complex construction accident and workplace injury cases arising under New York Labor Law, including claims brought under Labor Law §§ 240(1) and 241(6). His work includes investigating accident circumstances, conducting depositions, managing discovery, and preparing cases for litigation.
